Pediatric Blood and Bone Marrow Transplant Program Pediatric Cancer Clinical Trials Currently, there are a number of pediatric cancer clinical trials underway at Hollings Cancer Center. Every child is offered leading-edge clinical trials through our membership in the Children’s Oncology Group. Currently, we have more than 90 COG studies open and active. We also have investigator-initiated trials to complement the studies available through COG. The new Darby Children’s Research Institute on the Medical University of South Carolina campus is one of 15 institutes in the nation dedicated to children’s research.
